A floor-based, indoor positioning solution that can localize a subject in real time using capacitive sensing. This was developed as part of my PhD.
Hardware and software to collect data from the Panasonic AMG8833 (8 x 8 pixel thermopile).
A mini-RC hovercraft made from carboard. Features a custom PCB with an onboard ESP32 for Bluetooth and Wi-Fi. Originally made as a fun side project, but was also used as a demo project for Massey Uni Engineering.
A battery-powered, Wi-Fi temperature sensor. The sensor is on a custom PCB, with firmware written in C++. The server backend is written in Go, and the frontend uses React.
A simple sport game where the player controls an on-screen stick figure via pose recognition using a webcam.
